Overview:
With extensive challenges in healthcare/social services we face great difficulty in serving as many people as possible. Our objective is to offer a positive client experience with kindness and care. Often we are working in an environment that emphasizes volume and sometimes does not provide ample resources. The pressure caused by heavy caseloads greatly contribute to exhaustion, compromises our immune system and sometimes makes us cranky human beings. So how do we care for ourselves? Happiness training. You will receive a dose of tax free, cost effective compassion called Dr. SusanCare:
1. Learn how smiling influences your emotions
2. Understand gratitude and how compliments (to others) lift your spirits
3. Discuss several techniques to increase joy
4. Take home a laughter Rx
