She currently supervises Residential Treatment, Therapeutic Behavioral Services, Chemical Dependence, Family Preservation, and Group Home After Care. One of the most recognized programs that Dr. Hernandez is currently heading is that of Commercially Sexually Exploited Children (CSEC). Her knowledge of attachment, trauma and the CSEC population have led her team to provide the most comprehensive services available in Los Angeles, Orange and other surrounding counties.

Overview:
Commercially Sexually Exploited Children (CSEC) is a growing issue in the US and with so much training and awareness, we now know that it is happening right here in Los Angeles County. However, now that we have become experts at identification we are left with unanswered questions pertaining to the risk factors, assessment, and clinical treatment of CSEC. This training will address the clinical aspects of CSEC, as well as provide an understanding of how unresolved complex trauma has impacted the CSEC population.
